Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery estimates vary based on location and shipping method selected:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- Metro Corporate Concepts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
- Metro Corporate Concepts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping:
- We offer international shipping to select countries. Additional fees may apply, and delivery times may vary based on the destination.
